The celebration continued into the wee hours of the night with our friends above.

We celebrated Macare and Dusty's wedding on June 20 at Crooked Creek Ranch. After what was supposed to be a rainy day turned into a warm, sunny day for the celebration with many of our good friends and thier families. It was a beautiful ceremony and reception on Lake Leelanau and can't wait to hear all about their Hawaiian Honeymoon. Congrats Macare and Dusty!

Ben and I enjoying the sandbar...luckily we didn't tip our canoe!
This Thursday we joined all of our friends to kick off the weekend of wedding fun for Macare and Dusty by ca-brewing down the Platte River. The weather, the friends, and the fun made my first ca-brewing experience so much fun. We can't wait for all the fun on Saturday for the wedding.

The Washington Street Crew-Ben and I, Katie and Brian, Macare and Dusty

A few weekends ago we enjoyed a Beach Bums game with our neighbors from Washington Street. After the game we watched the Penguins beat the Wings, who went on to win the Stanley Cup. Saturday was such a nice day that we went to the Leland Wine Fest for wine and food. What a great weekend!

Four Year Annivesary

Ben and I after a great meal at Fogo de Chão for our anniversary
Visiting Dan at his apartment in Chicago

We spent a few hours at the art museum while it rained. Our favorite things was 16th-19th century furniture and impressionsim art. We couldn't take pictures but Claude Monet was one of our favorites (painting above).

The gardens at Millenium Park.

Ben and I at Millenium Park, where we ate lunch and enjoyed the crazy art fountains.

We can't believe 4 years ago on June 4 we were married, how time flies! This year Ben planned a weekend get away to Chicago to celebrate. We went shopping, spent time wondering around Millenium Park and the art museum, and hanging out with our friends Dan and Blake. We are so lucky to have each other and want to take the opportunity to tell our family and friends for being our constant support through out the past few years. Here's to many more!
