A few weekends ago we enjoyed a Beach Bums game with our neighbors from Washington Street. After the game we watched the Penguins beat the Wings, who went on to win the Stanley Cup. Saturday was such a nice day that we went to the Leland Wine Fest for wine and food. What a great weekend!

We spent a few hours at the art museum while it rained. Our favorite things was 16th-19th century furniture and impressionsim art. We couldn't take pictures but Claude Monet was one of our favorites (painting above).

We can't believe 4 years ago on June 4 we were married, how time flies! This year Ben planned a weekend get away to Chicago to celebrate. We went shopping, spent time wondering around Millenium Park and the art museum, and hanging out with our friends Dan and Blake. We are so lucky to have each other and want to take the opportunity to tell our family and friends for being our constant support through out the past few years. Here's to many more!

Over Memorial Day weekend I went to Las Vegas to celebrate Macare's bachelorette party with 11 beautiful ladies. We stayed at the Venetian in the most awesome room ever and had true VIP service! It was one of the best weekends ever with great friends that we are hoping to make it a yearly adventure. I can't wait to see everyone again in a few weeks for the wedding.

This weekend we drove to Kalamazoo to visit some college friends and all thier new babies to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Meg, Brad, and Isabelle were such wonderful hosts! It was a great weekend to visit with old friends and catch up on what is going on now that everyone lives so far from each other. It was just like old times: drinks, dancing, and fun.

Ben and I were able to take some time off while Tara and Nick were in town. We took them out to Red Ginger for dinner for all their help with the fence. It was great to see them both and miss them already!

This last week with Tara and Nick in town they helped us build a new fence. Ben finished it and it looks great, it makes our yard look huge. Thanks to Tara and Nick for their help. I'll post pictures of the finished product soon.
